How the 2018 compares with nearby years

Against the 2017 F-150: the oil filter changed (FL-500-S in 2017 vs FL-2081+FL-500-S in 2018). The low-beam bulb, high-beam bulb and cabin air filter are the same in both manuals.

Against the 2019 F-150: The low-beam bulb, high-beam bulb, oil filter and cabin air filter are the same in both manuals.

The H11 low-beam bulb appears in every F-150 manual from 2015 to 2022 that this site has read (8 model years).

The 2018 F-150 belongs to the 13th gen (P552), which began with the 2015 model year (MY2018 refresh: new grille (two-bar), 3.3L V6, 10-speed auto); generation dates. Parts often carry over within a generation, but the manual for your exact model year is the one to trust.

Shared with other 2018 models

A shared number means the same replacement part fits both cars, so one spare can cover two cars in the household.

What the manual does not print

This manual prints all five part types this site tracks, which is unusual: most makers leave out at least one.

4 positions are listed as LED in this manual. LED lamps have no separate replacement bulb; the lamp assembly is replaced.
