By position, the 24-inch size is printed 16 times for the driver side only. The Chevrolet Equinox lists it most often (2015–2018, 2020–2024, driver side).
What it pairs with
- Chevrolet Equinox (2015–2018, 2020–2024): 24-inch driver blade with a 17- or 18-inch passenger blade.
- Chevrolet Traverse (2018–2023): 24-inch driver blade with a 20-inch passenger blade.
- Chevrolet Trax (2024): 24-inch driver blade with a 18-inch passenger blade.
Buy front blades as a set of two lengths, not two of the same, unless the manual prints the same length for both sides. A blade one size longer than printed can strike the windshield pillar or overlap the other blade at the top of its sweep.
Which printed lengths count as 24 inches
Blade makers step their sizes in 25 mm increments and label each step as one inch, so a printed length of about 588 to 612 mm is sold as a 24-inch blade. A true 24 inches is 610 mm, slightly longer than the trade size. Manuals print the length in millimetres or centimetres; this page converts each one and rounds to the trade step, the same way the mm-to-inches guide explains.
Before you buy
The manual prints a length, not the arm connector type. Blade boxes list the arm connectors their adapters fit; compare that list with the connector on the old blade before fitting. Rear blades often use a model-specific mount, so match the old rear blade as well as its length. If your trim or model year is not in the table, its manual either prints a different length or prints none, so open your car's page from all cars.
