Manuals print the base number plus maker suffixes. The suffixes seen for this bulb are H8LL and H8. Suffixes such as NA (amber), K or LL (long life) change the colour or life rating, not the base and fit; an amber NA bulb should be replaced with another amber bulb.

Before you buy

Bulb numbers change with trim and lighting package: a car with LED headlights has no H8 in that position even when the halogen version does. Open your model year and match the row for your trim, then check the number on the old bulb's base. Halogen capsules (H-series and 9000-series) should be handled by the base, not the glass.
